tenute ledda

Andrea Ledda has always produced wine in his family and his great passion for the world of wine led him to create a unique project: talking about Sardinia through the French concept of cru. I ° Cru: Monte Santu, central North Sardinia, 400mt above sea level. II ° Cru: Vulcano Pelao, central North Sardinia, 730mt above sea level, the only Sardinian vineyard on top of a volcano. III ° Cru: Matteu, 300mt above sea level, in Arzachena, encloses the 3 main characteristics of the great DOCG Vermentino di Gallura: sea, granite, Mediterranean scrub. We aim to represent Sardinia with wines that fascinate, to the point of making you fall madly in love.

Soliànu

Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G. Superiore

In the glass Solianu shines intense straw yellow, enlivened by golden hues and a lush texture when swirled in the glass. The nose displays fruity yellow-flesh tropical fruit notes, and flowers such as broom, all enfolded in Mediterranean herbs and mineral notes. In the mouth Solianu displays intense minerality, with a full and soft taste, good freshness, fine and persistent aromas. Solianu is a white wine with a clear character, which can also be enjoyed as elegant aperitif, paired with jowl bacon and arma ham, or sashimi, burrata, buffalo mozzarella or crescenza cheese. It goes very well with classic seafood dishes: seafood risotto, John Dory  and pesto maccheroni, or salt-crusted snapper.
