Badesi is a small coastal town located on the western borders of Gallura. Here the sea and the winds contributed to create sandy dunes along the entire coastal line. Just here, in this landscape we encourage native grape varieties which, thanks to the proximity of the sea, exposure to the mistral wind, and sandy soils, provide wines with unmistakable and rare organoleptic characteristics. To highlight and keep the best winemaking tradition alive, a group of friends, vineyards owners, established the Li Duni winery in 2003.

Nozzinnà

Vermentino di Gallura D.O.C.G. Superiore Amabile

The Vermentino Amabile Nozzinnà” has a typical sun and sea character, a faithful mirror of  Sardinia’s magnificent  terroir. The wine has a bright straw yellow color with slight green hues. On the nose it expresses delicate floral aromas, hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub, fruity notes and honeyed roundness. The mouth-feel is sapid and mineral, juicy in the middle and a nice length leads to an harmonious and balanced finish.

Smoked abbamele lacquered eel, wild salad, curry BBQ

The eel is smoked, then lacquered with abbamele (whole-honey flavored with orange zest) and grilled for a few seconds, then served with wild salad, and curry BBQ sauce. Acid, bitter, sweet, smoky, and spicy flavours are nicely mixed here.
